How do I return & exchange?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
• Please send items as "returned goods' via USPS - United States Postal Service. Do not send via FedEx or UPS as brokerage clearance fees will apply.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of the purchase date :

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and undamaged
• In the original packaging
• Sales are final after one exchange

Are there any charges for returns?

• There are no sur-charges for returns altough we will charge a $20 restocking fee for any product returned in a used and unsellable condition or for orders returned via 'Return to Sender'.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

When will I get my exchange?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the exchange will be mailed to you immediately.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
• Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by original method of payment, within 5 business days.
