from 938 reviewsI am 79 years old and trying to remain very active. During the winter ski season my downhill ski goal is 50 days a year. I have a hip problem and bone to bone left knee which I have used tights and neoprene sleeves… braces to provide support.I recently purchased the brace layer winter tight
In full length and three-quarter. I found the tights to be extremely supportive, particularly in the legs and knee… And also to some extent in the hip ..providing support, comfortable fit during activity and recovery. I also use a knee brace on one leg and found that the neoprene insert around the knee stabilized the brace.I was able to ski 15 out of 16 days this year while visiting friends in Colorado. I am Very happy with the winter tights, I find them to be superior to any tights I have used in the past. The winter tights are also quite warm… I recently purchased the KX 1 and one additional spring, summer, fall tight to use for extended hikes and mountain biking…. I only have two days using the KX one… But so far all is good. I would highly recommend these braces… there was one thing I would like to see different . I would the fit of the tight be slightly higher in the back and hip area.… At least for me there’s a slight tendency to ride down a bit… which I noticed most when I was downhill skiing. Which is not a dealbreaker at all… Just a convenience comfort suggestion.

They are an excellent Training aid at this Stage of my Training.

They are working well for running and supporting my knees.

The quality of the base layer material is great. It is supportive, but not restrictive. I broke my tibia plateau and sprained my MCL. The pants give me the range of motion I need to improve my mobility and also keeps my knee supported so it doesn't catch and snap. Its is a miracle product

I went down a size from the size chart's suggestion, size L fits much better, feels good, moves with me smoothly

Loved the thermal knee stabilizing tights that I bought for skiing so it was a no brainer to buy a regular pair once the ski season was over. Knees no longer ache after hiking and walking on pavement.

Bought the alpine 7/8 for skiing and KS1 vent for cycling. Best purchases I made. Returned to skiing and riding after an extended illness and the bracelayer compression pants gave me the support and protection I needed for my replacement knee and my other knee that is missing an ACL. I never had pain and always felt secure. Seriously so glad I discovered bracelayer!!!

This is my second purchase from Bracelayer! Both pairs have allowed me to get back to running and also given more support during my lifts. I tore my ACL many years ago playing soccer and am also a 2 time breast cancer survivor who takes daily meds that impact my joints. Bracelayer has truly been a lifesaver, allowing me to regain my active lifestyle. Can't wait to use them to ski next year.
This second pair has been great for the slightly warmer spring weather, lighter, but still great support. I am 5'5 155lbs and found the women's large to fit perfectly snug.

Wore these for two days of downhill skiing. Very warm, great knee support.

I have 4 pairs. One is for bicycling ,one is for a workout and the other two are for skiing. I bought the large and the waist does not stay up .The rise on these where too short. When I called them they said there is no difference. I measured them and there is a big difference so they recommended going to the XL. I love them and will wear them until they fall apart. I currently have a pair with a hole in the knee. Not sure how to sew it up yet.

Was very wonderful and nice

Guys these pants won’t fall down. Once you get them on they stay put. I’ve owned 15 pairs all different brands and everyone no matter how tight they are fall down. Bracelayer has a silicone waist band that really grips your skin. Their so comfortable you won’t mind wearing them out in public. Leggings feel like a second skin cause their so thin but these are so supportive they feel like your wearing pants. I’ve had meniscus tears on both knees and wear tights every time I work out. It gets so old constantly pulling them back up. These are the cats meow. I can’t say enough about them. The knee area is neoprene and it’ll make you sweat a little but on leg day I want them warm anyway. I’m 227,6’ and have a 38” waist. XL is perfect. True to size.

Absolutely love Bracelayers. I have 3 pairs now. Thermal Ones for skiing, a pair for the gym and a pair to wear for every other activity. My knees don’t swell up and become painful anymore. These are definitely worth every penny.

2nd time was the charm. I appreciate your return policy with the 50% off on the right size. Thank you.

I recently purchased the KS1 brace layer for skiing I believe they give stability as I have knee and hip pain I felt strong and was able to ski longer less leg fatigue
