Our KX1 women’s full-length knee compression pants feature our lightest weight compression base, and a thin layer of perforated neoprene around your knees, thighs, and hips to provide support and help control inflammation and swelling. The support layer is topped with a soft and stretchy heather grey StabiLuxe™ covering, providing moderate levels of targeting knee compression which is perfect for recovery days and a variety of athletic endeavors.

Our unique Tri-Tech support layer around the knees and hips features an antibacterial StabiLuxe™ Lite compression base and a thin layer of perforated, medical-grade neoprene:

Game changer!! Supports my knees and SI joints giving me more stability while I recover from injury. I like the different materials around the glute area allowing for more flex, but not fan of thin and shiny. I’m a personal trainer and these are definitely not squat proof as you can see through the material when bending over or squatting.
