We know the right fit can sometimes take a second try. That's why Bracelayer Guaranteed Fit offers one complimentary size exchange per order for customers in Canada and the United States.
If you need a different size, we'll cover the return shipping and send your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
For customers outside North America, our standard international return and exchange policy applies.
How Guaranteed Fit Works
1. Try your Bracelayer
Make sure you have the right size and fit for you.
2. Need a different size?
Start an exchange through our online Returns & Exchanges portal and select the size you need.
3. We cover the exchange shipping
For eligible orders shipped within Canada or the United States, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your original item.
4. Get your replacement
Once your eligible exchange is approved, we'll ship your replacement at no additional shipping cost.
