Our KX1 men's full-length knee compression pants are made from our lightest weight compression base and feature a thin knee support layer made of perforated neoprene. The support layer is topped with a stretchy heather grey fabric to provide moderate levels of targeted knee compression to control inflammation & swelling while increasing joint stability. These pants are great for recovery days and are suitable for any kind of physical activity.

Our unique Tri-Tech support layer around the knees and hips features an antibacterial StabiLuxe™ Lite compression base and a thin layer of perforated, medical-grade neoprene:

The KX1 is great and it fits well. It supports the knees well. The only thing is the neoprene that covers the knees tend to wear out fast. If it would last longer, would be great!
